The Comeback Sprint

The page describes a founding offer for a limited number of gyms. Places, areas and dates are confirmed on a call and in writing before any work starts; nothing on this site is a binding offer on its own. The written agreement we send you sets out exactly what's included and the guarantee conditions, and it takes priority over anything on this site.

Results

We guarantee booked sessions on the conditions stated in your agreement, not revenue or sign-ups, which depend on your gym, your coaching and your pricing. Example conversations, replies and numbers on this site are illustrations, not real people or client results.

Text messages

Messages we send for a gym go only to contacts that gym provides, and the gym confirms it has the right to contact them. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Using the site

You may not misuse the site, try to break it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. The We Scale Gyms name, logo and content belong to us. Product names such as PushPress, Wodify, Mindbody and Zen Planner are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
